Coming Soon: Changes to our Phone and Appointment System

We’re always looking for ways to improve your experience with our practice, especially during the busy 8am period when many of you are trying to get through to us.

We are currently launching a new product called EMMA, our new QuantumLoop AI Patient Assistant, designed to help manage call volumes more efficiently. This means that when you call us, you will be greeted and supported by EMMA.

We are pleased to announce that we are looking to launch EMMA before the end of January 2026. Please note that testing will continue after this date, so at times your call may still be answered by one of our team members instead.

What EMMA Does:

• Answers phone calls with care
• Helps you complete a health-related request form which directs you to the right Clinician or admin team to obtain an appointment or advice whichever is required
• Reduces the 8am rush

This is part of our commitment to making it easier for you to access the care and support you need, without the frustration of long wait times on the telephone.
